Person’s Forced to Register (PFRs) can Vote
The only PA Citizens who cannot vote are those under 18 years old or incarcerated for a Felony on Election Day, or those who have violated the PA Election Code within 4 years.
Vote by Mail
Many polling places are places someone under parole or probation supervision is prohibited to enter. Voting by mail is the easiest and best way to ensure your voice is heard without putting your freedom at risk.
Your Address
You must be registered to vote by the Pennsylvania deadline at a permanent address (not a halfway house, jail, or prison).
